I have always loved fabric. Visits to the fabric department stores as a child live vividly in my memory bank. The colours, the textures, and the patterns all please me. I can’t remember a time of not having pieces of fabrics in my cupboards. This small collection represented here had a playful side to them and I thought it would be fun to paint the splay of fabrics as they interact so pleasantly with one another.
